Practical, hands-on training

At MW Programmation, we offer customised training to help you get the most out of your CAD/CAM tools. Whether it is ALPHACAM, DESIGNER or NCSIMUL, our sessions are designed to quickly make you self-efficient, in a framework tailored to your specific business needs.

All our training courses are flexible: delivered at our premises, on-site or online, according to your preferences. We address each topic progressively, alternating between targeted theory and real-world case studies drawn from your own production.

We have two rooms specially equipped for our training courses. Only one company is present during each session. This allows the instructor to easily deviate from the course material to answer specific questions.

Dates are to be agreed upon together. Courses can be taught in French, German and English.

  • and from 1:15 pm to 5:00 pm

At the end of the training, a certificate is awarded to each participant.

  • Basic milling

    Get to grips with ALPHACAM and learn to create your first 3-axis milling programs, while mastering the environment, tools and essential principles of CNC programming.

  • Multi-face milling

    Multi-face milling - Learn to program in 5-axis positioning and apply your 3-axis knowledge to different part orientations to gain flexibility and precision.

  • 3D solid milling

    Learn to program your parts using simultaneous 5-axis machining and to use advanced strategies to optimise the machining of complex shapes.

  • “3D 3-5 axis Advanced” module

    Master the 5-axis Advanced module and learn to program simultaneous 5-axis machining to produce complex parts with precision and safety.

  • Basic turning

    Get started with ALPHACAM for turning, and learn to create your first programs, mastering the environment, tools and basic strategies.

  • C-Axis + Y-Axis Turning

    C-Axis + Y-Axis Turning - Learn how to perform milling operations in the turning module to efficiently program parts combining turning and milling.

  • DESIGNER

    Discover DESIGNER and learn to create your first 3D designs, while mastering the environment and direct modelling tools.

  • Automation

    Learn how to automate your programming and standardise your processes to reduce programming time and increase efficiency on similar parts.

  • Refresher course

    Get up to speed on the latest ALPHACAM features and discover new ways of working to stay efficient and fully utilise the software's potential.

  • Customised courses

    Perfect your ALPHACAM skills with tailored training based on your own parts, allowing you to work in conditions identical to those of your workshop.
